The Shared Network offers speed, better reception and services

A mobile network needs to offer more than basic functionality. Today’s working life, not forgetting remote working, requires a fast and reliable and network.

The Shared Network will further improve connections by building an extensive 5G network in Eastern and Northern Finland in 2021–2023 to offer customers of Telia and DNA years of fast, lag-free connections. The network will be built in cooperation with Nokia.

The new 5G network will offer residents of Eastern and Northern Finland:

• Improved coverage for mobile broadband and calls
• Improved broadband throughput speed and service level
• More comprehensive, high-quality and faster data communications, even in sparsely populated areas
